Since most people don’t even have one of these qualities, let alone both, the masses are perpetually in hopeless ignorance about the true nature of the world around them. For those who truly understand what is going on, the world seems to run by Intelligence agencies and most likely numerous secret societies. It is somewhat unclear who wields true power because these organizations by their very nature are secret. What is very obvious is that what were are shown on TV as having power is an absolute joke.
