Most people will never stand alone. They will never have any sort of moral courage whatsoever and that is exactly why we have the system we have. We have the system we deserve. When people have become as dumbed down as Americans have, slavery is pretty much inevitable. Freedom has always been hard won and is very rare in human history. Most societies never keep it for long.
