Nulllification

Many people have never heard of the nullification but it is time that people started educating themselves on the subject.  I believe that discussion of nullification will become much more common in the next ten years as the federal government begins to default.  It is better to start learning about nullification now, rather than later.

I would also like to point out that nullification is not just a “creation of the right”, in fact, much of the nullification battle that is going on today is from states like California that want to use medicinal marijuana.  The old leftist term in the sixties was “small is beautiful”.  I agree. I think that the more local a government is, the more responsive it is to the will people.  When governments become centralized on a national scale, they tend to be more authoritarian.
