Dr. Mercola gives some great tips on how to purify the air in your home with house plants.  Inside the home is usually much more polluted than the air outside.  It is important that indoor air is kept healthy so that we can stay healthy.  Dr.  Mercola suggests the plants listed below as the most effective for cleaning household air.

    First off I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick
    question in which I’d like to ask if you do
    not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your
    thoughts prior to writing. I’ve had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
    I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first
    10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted just trying to
    figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?
